Lux Membership - Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Minimum

All memberships require a 2-billing-cycle minimum before cancellation or pause.

2. Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew automatically on the monthly or quarterly schedule selected at signup.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel after the 2-cycle minimum. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Processed payments are non-refundable.

4. Pause Policy

Memberships may be paused after the 2-cycle minimum. Pauses must be requested before the next billing date.

5. Non-Transferable

Membership benefits may only be used by the member on file.

6. Included Benefits

Each visit includes preferred pricing and one complimentary enhancement. Lux-tier members receive an exclusive upgraded enhancement. Benefits may vary based on service type and availability.

7. Scheduling

Members are encouraged to book in advance. Appointment availability is not guaranteed for last-minute bookings.

8. No-Show Policy

Missed or same-day canceled appointments forfeit the visit for that cycle.

9. Updates to Terms

Lux Japanese Head Spa may modify membership terms with notice before your next billing cycle.
